.NET.HK Naming Rules
The label before .net.hk can use letters, digits and hyphens. It must begin and end with a letter or digit, cannot place hyphens in both the third and fourth positions, and the complete domain cannot exceed 63 characters.
Expiry and Release
An expired .NET.HK name can remain unavailable while the registry lifecycle continues. A registry black-out period may allow reinstatement before public release and can last up to 90 calendar days under HKIRC's published policy.
The acquisition attempt is carried out through the appropriate registrar or registry channel on a best-effort basis, subject to availability, eligibility and competition.

A .NET.HK backorder starts at €50. If more than one Backorders Domains customer targets the same successfully caught name, a 7-day proxy bid auction determines the winner.
